During the six-month traineeship, you will gain practical experience and learn all the skills and tools you need to join us as a Junior Analyst & Consultant after the traineeship. You will work on a series of simulated projects, the content of which will be based on real zweipunkt projects. Your familiarisation with our projects is gradual and systematic: we start with the basics of digital analytics and gradually introduce you to more challenging tasks. These include technically and analytically complex customer enquiries and project presentations. You will take full responsibility for project management, starting with the presentation of the offer, through the implementation of the requirements to the final project evaluation. This comprehensive experience will prepare you ideally for your future position in our team. In addition, the traineeship enables you to work on real customer projects during your training.

  • Actively participate in internal training and self-study (e-learnings, literature) to familiarise yourself with the latest tools, technologies and best practices in data analytics.
  • Performing data analytics: Deepen your understanding of how to effectively collect data - from creating thoughtful concepts to configuring analytics tools - process, visualise and analyse it to gain valuable insights and formulate sound, data-based recommendations.

In our core business , we offer you the opportunity to develop into a versatile allrounder or to specialise in your strengths and interests in the technical or analytical field.
  • Practical transfer after learning the basics: Support in processing real customer enquiries under the guidance of experienced team members to gain direct experience in customer contact.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations: Develop skills in reporting and presenting analysis results, both internally and to clients.
  • Feedback and reflection: Regularly seek feedback from mentors and colleagues and reflect on own learning progress to identify areas for further improvement.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Experience in working with team members and customers to jointly develop and implement solutions.
  • Autonomy and initiative: Developing the ability to work independently, show initiative and engage in continuous learning.
  • Project management: Basic knowledge of agile project management, including the ability to plan, coordinate and complete projects on time.

The above points outline the core content of our traineeship. But this is just the beginning. If you have additional skills or interests - for example in Python, marketing, CRO, UX or another area of our diverse spectrum - we encourage you to bring them in and share them. We value diversity and are open to new perspectives that enrich our team.
