Explorative and hypothesis-orientated data analysis with Contentsquare & Google Analytics.

Google Analytics and Contentsquare: Data-based conversion optimisation

What drives the behaviour of website visitors? Which pages, features or products have a positive influence on the goals pursued? What leads to the order process being cancelled? How is the new landing page actually performing? And can someone please optimise the conversion rate?

Your added value

A better user experience leads to more satisfied users. And more satisfied users generate more leads, more conversions or a better ROI. The latter is determined by the performance of your (digital) campaigns, among other things. The good news is that your data contains the answers to your challenges - don't miss out on this added value.

Our approach and our technologies

As an agency, we specialise in reviewing the status quo together with you, questioning previous measures and striving for data-based solutions. We start with simple questions about your data and move on to more complex analyses if required - validated by A/B or multivariate tests where possible.

We use data from Contentsquare and Google Analytics for the analyses. We also work with Google Optimize for A/B testing or website personalisation. Where possible, we integrate qualitative methods (e.g. usability tests and UX reviews) into the analyses in order to derive broad-based findings.

  • Certified Google Marketing Platform Partner since 2016.
  • First and only Contentsquare Partner in Switzerland since 2020.

Our approach is exploratory or hypothesis-driven, depending on the situation. In exploratory analyses, we look for anomalies in the data that have a negative impact on the user experience (user perspective) or business objectives (business perspective). In hypothesis-orientated analysis, on the other hand, we pursue specific questions (hypotheses). We prioritise the resulting findings based on specific (monetary) criteria, create hypotheses and work with you to develop optimised solutions.
